What Your Neighbors Are Saying About Us

Kirstie S.
Joey came out to find out why one of our ceiling light/fans keeps turning off sporadically. He found that one of the remote switches from the dinosaur ages was not syncing with the other one properly, and he let us decide if we wanted to keep both and fix it or just discontinue one of the switches, which was so much better for us. The switches are completely confusing when using two. We now can easily tell guests how to work the lights/fans. He was quick, thorough, and friendly. He also did a complimentary check of our entire electrical system and recommended some things we could use in the future. Excellent job, Joey. We really appreciate your help.

This wasn't the first time working with Amp and it will not be the last! Matt came out to help install a light fixture and knocked it out of the park! Very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with, and was very happy to help answer questions I had during the visit. I look forward to continuing to leverage Amp Electric for future projects as they are genuinely awesome!

I couldn't be happier with the service! Warren and Matt installed four overhead lights with a dimmer and removed some sconces for me. They were absolute professionals, completed the job quickly, and were very careful to keep my living room clean during the process. Every time I work with Amp I am pleased with the quality of the work and the customer sercice and professionalism of the technicians!

We needed a ceiling fan installed, a light switch, and two outlets updated in our 100 year old house for our first baby’s nursery. Being young and inexperienced, we wanted to find someone who would teach us what to do, what to look for, etc, and do all of the installation/updating. The owner of Amp, Joe, came out himself to give us a quote. He walked us through and educated us on our house’s wiring, etc., and really took time to teach us about what we were looking at.

We’ve used amp several times and plan to use them again in the future. Tyler and Seth were our technicians this time but our technicians are fantastic every time. I highly recommend for your electric and heating and cooling needs

How We Can Help Solve Your Airflow and Comfort Issues

A proper duct system is more than metal pieces connected together—it’s the pathway your entire comfort system relies on. We start by listening to what’s not working: hot spots, cold spots, noisy airflow, or rising energy bills. Then we assess your current duct layout and design a plan that improves airflow where you need it most.

We walk you through the best options for sizing, materials, and placement so your heating and cooling system can run efficiently. You get clear explanations, real answers, and work done with care.

Choose Us for Reliable HVAC Ductwork Installation in Muskegon, MI

We’ve worked in Muskegon homes of every age—from historic houses with tight attic spaces to newer builds with undersized ductwork. Every home has its quirks, and we tailor our duct designs to match your layout, your equipment, and the way you live.

Our installations focus on proper sizing, sealed connections, smooth airflow, and balanced distribution. We make sure your ducts support your system instead of working against it. That includes checking static pressure, airflow direction, material durability, insulation needs, and long-term reliability.

Because we’re a locally owned company, we treat each home like we’re helping a neighbor. You’ll see that care in how we communicate, how we protect your home during installation, and how we check our work before calling the job complete.

What Professional Ductwork Installation Looks Like in Real Homes

Ductwork installation isn’t a one-size-fits-all project. Some homes need complete replacements due to age or damage. Others need reconfigured runs because the original layout wasn’t designed well. We’ve helped families upgrade ducts that were leaking, too small, poorly insulated, or never properly balanced.

We map out airflow needs, design an efficient layout, and install ducts that support both comfort and system longevity. That includes transitions, supply runs, return paths, dampers, and proper sealing to prevent costly energy loss.

When the installation is finished, we test airflow, check temperature variations, and make sure everything works exactly as it should. We walk you through your new system so you know what was changed and how it improves your comfort.
